The college was set up with an aim to train the students to become competent nurses for first level positions in nursing.
The college has excellent infrastructure comprising of well-structured, spacious classrooms, laboratories with the latest equipment, well-equipped library with a large collection of national and international books, journal and e-journals, and hostels with all required facilities and necessary amenities so as to make the stay of the students comfortable.
The full-fledged Degree College of Nursing was set up in Navi Mumbai in 2009 by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University.
