The Department of Law at Bharati Vidyapeeth-Institute of Management & Research (BVIMR), New Delhi, held a “Special Session” on “Fingerprint Science- a valuable tool for administration of the criminal justice system” for BBALLB & LLB students under the guidance & support of the Hon’ble In-charge Director Prof. Dr A.K. Srivastav. This session took place on March 18, 2025, at 11:30am. Hon’ble Mr. Ganesh Gajalwad, an Inspector & fingerprint expert from the Central Fingerprint Bureau-NCRB, New Delhi, was invited. Dr. Neha Garg, Head of the Law Dept., stressed the importance of the topic in her address & provided valuable insights for the session. The Speaker delivered an insightful & engaging session on fingerprint science, covering all aspects such as the evolution, to latest advancements along with relevant laws & recent amendments. He effectively simplified subject. Session proved to be very useful, to all attendees. Speaker was greeted with a “floral bouquet” & “Memento” by Dr. Neha Garg.
