BVDU offers placement and other related career guidance services to students of all courses. The main aim of the placement cell is to ensure that the maximum number of students secure the opportunity to work in the best industries.

During the placement process, the students are guided and introduced to many recruiters, where they have the opportunity to apply and be selected for various job opportunities. BV University offers all of the facilities, infrastructure, and job training so that the students are well informed about the current trends, interview, and group discussion techniques to be ready for the placement process.

Career Counselling

Career Counselling is a facility that is accessible to all of the students of BVDU. Through career counselling, the students can discuss their plans regarding their career and future goals. The facility will also be dedicated to supporting the students in all of their career requirements, such as career plans, the building of skills, securing job opportunities and more. Career counselling will also make the students industry-ready and updated with the latest skills that are desired by the top industries and organizations of India and abroad. With the help of career counselling, the students will be able to step into the way of their career prospects with much ease and guidance.

A special faculty will be present anytime to support the career development of the students and to help them accomplish their goals. The faculty will also be responsible for giving students distinct and valuable perspectives regarding their careers so that they are well guided for their future.

Corporate Connect

BVDU works to ensure that there are effective placement numbers every year for the benefit of the students. Through corporate connect, the students are trained to fill the gap of the skilled workforce and be updated with the latest soft skills and techniques required by the industries and organizations of India and abroad. Some of the soft skill training includes mock interviews, personality development, reasoning and analytical skill development and more.

Students can also access the curriculum and the important points designed specially by the experts of the industry to have a higher chance of being placed and having a successful career after graduation.

Campus to Corporate

Students will be connected to various recruiters through an organized process. During the process, the students will be informed about the job opportunities that will be available at the affiliated companies and organizations. Recruiters will also visit the campus to interact with the students to inform them about their values, ideals and available career opportunities. The assigned faculty will ensure that all of the students are well-informed about the upcoming and ongoing placements so that everyone receives equal chances.

Students will be assessed and interviewed through various rounds for placement. The final result will be announced by the Placement Cell.

Employability Enhancement

In the current globalized world, the need for skilled employees has led to tough competition in the recruitment process. BVDU offers many facilities through which the students can work on enhancing their chances of employability. Students are provided with exposure to all of the latest technologies and the professional and personal skills required to ace the placement process. Involvement in various projects and soft-skills training will also allow the students to become an employable work force as per the requirements of the recruiters and organizations. The university will also offer open communication between the student and the industry for placement.
