The Department of Law at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) - Institute of Management & Research, New Delhi, is pleased to announce that our students from the 6th and 4th semesters of the BBALLB program have secured the 3rd prize in the "Legal Eagle Competition" held at PGDAV College, University of Delhi. They demonstrated exceptional skill in defending a case related to the IPR (Copyright Act).
The students who have emerged as winners are Mr. Archit Jain, Ms. Gazal Singh, and Ms. Mitali. Students were encouraged to participate in the competition with the support and guidance of Prof. Dr. A.K. Srivastav, the In-Charge Director of BVIMR. They were trained and prepared for the event under the supervision of Dr. Neha Garg, the Head of the Law Department, along with the assistance of faculty members, including subject expert- Dr. Manjusha and others.
