Ms. Neha Garg has done LLB from Delhi University in 2013 thereafter she has three years’ experience- 6 months in Litigation and 2.5 years in Corporate. She has done her LLM in Corporate law in 2016-2017 from Sharda University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India where she topped with 8.3 CGPA. Her Dissertation topic is “Bio patents-Whether mockery of Ethics or Canons of Development”. She has worked as Assistant Professor in Sharda University, Greater Noida and has taught there for two years. She is currently working in Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) Institute of Management and Research, New Delhi, India as Assistant Professor, Law. She is pursuing her PhD. from Christ University India on International Commercial Arbitration. She has a strong aptitude for teaching and shares her experiences with the students not only academically but also mold their personalities in becoming better human beings.
