Rupam Jyoti Deka has been associated with Bharati Vidyapeeth University for the last 10yrs, previously she worked in various corporates in the HR Profile for 5yrs before joining BVIMR, New Delhi. She is an MBA in HR and PGDM in HR & Marketing. She has also done PG Diploma in Labour Law and completed her BA (Hon) in Economics. She is currently pursuing her PhD degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth University in Human Resource Management. She has published many research papers in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior. Her area of specialization in teaching are Economics, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Labour Law. She hails from Guwahati (Assam) and believes in integration of culture & regional diversity. She has creative inclination and loves to do Painting & crafts and she has been Faculty coordinator of Cultural Clubs of BVIMR, New Delhi. She has also been the Editor of BVIMR College Quarterly Magazines Mirror.
