Ms. Anuradha is presently working as Assistant Professor with Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management and Research, Delhi (constituent unit of Bharati Vidyapeeth (deemed to be University) Pune. She is a faculty in the area of Human Resource Management and Organizational behaviour. Her primary research area is Human Recourse Management, General Management, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, and Finance and so on. Working in these areas she had opportunities to present her work in various international and national conferences, seminars and institutions in India and abroad. Authored 11 research papers. Published 07 research papers and presented 04 research papers in the peer-reviewed national & international journals and conferences. Experience in teaching a wide range of management subjects, also played various roles in corporate training, strategic management and employee management.
