Harland Braver

Visiting Faculty | Cinematography

Profile:Harland is a Sound Engineer, Music Composer,  Music Producer, voiceover entrepreneur for over 20 years in the industry.

He has also been a Programming Director at RED FM, and has been creating Academic content focused on electronic media. He has been conducting training needs analysis, identifying current industry trends and ensure course content is adept with current skills. Grooming new talent, create platforms to nurture in-house talent to media professionals. Conduct training sessions, product understanding and expertise. He also is a  Faculty for specialization content, Supervising training and coaching Software Traning Usings Daw’s, Steinberg’s Neundo/Cubase,Logic, Sony Vegas,Sound Forge,WaveLab Protools. 

Harland has till date produced 1000 plus radio commercials , 50+ Prime time shows  and 200+ audio tracks in multiple languages, and a grade 3 holder in piano by Trinity College of London.

Nayan Gayke

Visiting Faculty | Cinematography

Profile: Nayan is a professional cinematographer, who graduated from Bharati vidyapeeth school of photography in 2022. The skills, knowledge, and values he acquired during his time at college have been instrumental in shaping his career and enabling him to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the industry. 

He has made a short film titled 'Two Strangers' and a music video titled 'Punha Paus'. both of which are shot, produced, and led as a cinematographer by him.  As a lead cinematographer, he has also worked on a music video “Dil Yeh Lapata” (music video) and “Apurna” a short film.   Additionally, Nayan also creates architectural video films for various architects and designers.

Gayatri Chatterjee

Visiting Faculty | Cinematography

Profile:Ms. Gayatri Chatterjee is a visiting faculty at the Symbiosis School for Liberal Arts and at the Department of Cinematography, Bharati Vidyapeeth.

She has been a direction faculty in the Film & Television Institute of India, Pune; and a visiting faculty in the National School of Drama, New Delhi. She has conducted Film Appreciation courses in schools, colleges and Universities all over the country. She has taught and lectured widely in the USA and UK. Her book Awara (1992) received the Swarnakamal, President’s gold medal; and Mother India (2002), published by the British Film Institute has been re-launched in 2020. Her articles on cinema, literature and religion feature in several national and international edited volumes. She has been a Jury at the National Film Awards and at International Film Festivals. She has scripted for the feature film The Bitter Chestnut (2019), directed by Gurvinder Singh. Her documentaries include titles like Homes for Gods and Mortals and Dadachi Shala.

Aniket Kale

Visiting Faculty | Cinematography

Profile:Aniket is a filmmaker and graduate of the Film & Television Institute of India, specializing in Film Editing (class of 2020). His journey in storytelling began with theatre, where he honed his skills as a director and lighting designer before transitioning to the audio-visual medium.

Along with being the Co-founder and Creative Director of a production house - 3 Monkeys Studios, Aniket has contributed extensively as an Editor across multiple feature films, short films, and web series, in addition to directing and editing various advertising films. He was the Associate Director and Editor for the Marathi feature film Awakash, which won the Best Film award at the Washington DC South Asian Film Festival 2022 and was officially selected for prestigious film festivals, including the Gangneung International Film Festival, Pune International Film Festival, Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, and New York Indian Film Festival, among others. His expertise in film editing has earned him multiple nominations, including for the Marathi film 1,2,3,4 at the Zee Chitra Gaurav Awards 2025 and the Aryan Sanman 2024 which was selected at the Mumbai Academy of Moving Image (MAMI) Film Festival, 2023, as well as for Like ani Subscribe at the Maharashtra Times Sanman 2025. His editing portfolio includes feature films such as Kanni, 4 Blind Men, Choomantar, and web series like Ani Kay Hava and Do Gubare.

Vinod Sathe

Profile:Vinod is a one of the leading VFX Artists, Technician in the cinema industry for nearly 2 decades. With niche technical expertise on NUKE and MOCHA, he has worked on the VFX for Hollywood projects like Dune 1, Bullet Train (2022), Gemini Man (2021), Star Wars, Rampage, Alita: battle Angel (all 2018), Pirates of the Caribbean (2017) and Bollywood films like Raees, Kabil, M.S. Dhoni (2017), Haidar (2014), to name a few.
