The NSS Unit of BV(DU) Department of Management Studies (Off Campus), Navi Mumbai, All World Gayatri Parivar and Vocskill, marked World Environment Day with a meaningful event. The celebration included distributing Tulsi plants and an enlightening guest lecture on environmental challenges and conservation by Dr. Awadhesh Narayan Verma, a distinguished chemical engineer from BARC. Dr. Verma emphasized the importance of proactive efforts for good causes, the worship of Earth (???? ????), pollution prevention through tree planting, fostering a culture of donation, and the significance of time donation for societal well-being. The event saw active participation from management and engineering faculty members, NSS volunteers, and staff, highlighting a collective commitment to environmental stewardship.
