Dr. Adveta Gharat works as an Assistant Professor in Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed To Be University, Department of Management Studies, Navi Mumbai. Having more than 11 years of teaching and entrepreneurial experience and still counting. Before working at Bharati vidyapeeth she had been working at D Y Patil Deemed to be University School of Management. She is PhD in Management and MBA in Human Resource Management. She also has a very practical approach in her teaching styles. Dr. Adveta Gharat has published more than 17 research papers focusing on the various HR aspects in SCOPUS and ABDC journals and has also published patent. She has participated in various National and International Conferences. She has authored a book titled "Management Cases- HR practitioners view" and "Business Analytics-An overview". Her versatile experience and initiatives helps her to enhance 360 degree quality upliftment of student centric and participative management in teaching, learning and evaluation.
