1. Teaching both MBA and BBA programs.

2. Responsible for delivering lectures, designing curriculum, and assessing student performance in various subjects, in addition to teaching subjects pertaining to Banking and Financial services. Also, contribution is acknowledged towards enhancing the Institute and Industry interface by conducting wide arrays of programs related to Guest lectures, student counselling etc,

3. An integral part of faculty, contributing significantly to the academic and professional development of our students. My teaching methods are innovative and student-centric, often incorporating real-world case studies, interactive discussions, and the latest industry trends to enhance learning outcomes.

4. Apart from teaching, I am actively participated in various administrative roles and contributed to the institution’s growth. Also, I am involved in academic research, publishing papers in reputed journals, and presenting at national and international conferences.

5. Additionally, mentored students in their academic projects and guided them in their career development and proficient in handling the institutional activities entailing event management like International Business conferences and seminars and upholding the institution’s motto.

6. As per my work structure I am prudent, disciplined, self- motivated, with excellent planning, communication and leadership skills. Abilities to coordinate and counsel the students makes her good mentor.

7. The consistent track record of achieving the success, excellence in ensuring the delivery of high-quality education contributes to be an eminent faculty in the academic industry.
