He is a L&D consultant, Learning facilitator and mentor/counsellor. He is certified six sigma black belt, Art of Enneagram and Certified TIFF Provider (International Certification).
He is trained assessor for Assessment and Development centres involved in people development and talent management..
Development Centers:
Prof Ramesh has conducted development centers in his earlier organisation for over five years. Ramesh as been assisting in conducting Assessment and Development Centers externally for Private Sector Organizations for Maruma consultancy. He has been assessor and part of team executing for more than 7 years. The assignments involved: Competency mapping, Developing competency matrix for various leadership positions/roles. Assessing employees’ competencies on prescribed tool matrix; giving feedback; Consolidation of observations, interpretation and preparation of reports and evolving Individual Development Plans. The role includes design and development of assessment tools, assessing employees on predefined competencies, feedback and developing Individual Development Plans. he worked with organisation and clients namely TechNova Imaging systems ,ACG Worldwide, Lupin Ltd, to name a few.
He has expertise in Capability building, Business Psychology and supports SMEs in their growth and Human resource management as consultant and coach.
He is a L & D consultant to TechNova Imaging Systems, Associate member and consultant to Raigad chamber of Commerce and Industry, Navi Mumbai. He is a visiting faculty to engineering and Management colleges in Navi Mumbai. He is life member of ISTD and office bearer of ISTD -Navi Mumbai .
