Dr. Ramchandra Mahadik is an expert in Operating system, Computer Networking, Software Engineering and project management and teaches courses related to these to Graduate and post graduate programmes. With over 22 years of academic and industry experience, he made significant contributions in Software Development Department (SDC) of institute and designed Attendance Management System (AMS). His research area includes Human Resource Management. He published numerous research papers in Scopus, Web of science and UGC care journals.
