Build Second Brain – BASB
On 4th October 2023, an informative and inspiring session was taken up on Build A Second Brain – BASB to increase productivity in an efficient way, guided by Dr. Nirav Mehta, Principal, Hari Jyot College of Optometry, Navsari, Ph.D, M.Optom, FAAO, FIACLE, and Biostatistician. Third year B.Optometry and First Year M.Optometry students of BV (DU), School of Optometry, Pune attended the session.
This beneficial session involved key points about time management, scheduling your day, using suggested apps that would help to maintain a timetable, stop procrastination and be consistent about your work. Systems such as CODE: Capture, Organize, Distill, Express and working on organizing PARA: Projects, Areas, Resources and Archives were discussed.
Expressing gratitude to Dr. Nirav Mehta sir for imparting knowledge, giving solutions to the challenges faced in day-to-day life to increase productivity by building a second brain.
