In the year 2000, college has set many milestones. Our college is the first, to introduce “B.F.A. degree program under University of Pune.” Today, it boosts of many well established Alumni and an implant part of fine art fraternity in Maharashtra.
The college make a prominent mark in the field of art education and my students growing aesthetically, intellectually, culturally and spiritually. Our results have been extremely encouraging and our students are placed in a variety of esteemed creative fields in the industry, like Advertising, Art Direction, Interface Design, E-learning, Web Design, Exhibition Design, Product Design, Merchandising, Branding, Photography etc. Students from Painting, Sculpture have came a niche for themselves in professional art field.
Many of our student have achieved prestigious HRD Lalit Kala scholarship and also pursue higher education, to get admitted in internationally acclaimed design institutions in India as well as abroad. This shows the commitment of our staff towards value imparting education to provide global career for our students.
We have also successfully introduced live projects and collaborations this year, indeed is one of our most prestigious initiative. Due to all our efforts, hard work we have scoured 6th rank position in all India ranking of India top 10 colleges of I hope as Principal to continue to grow such excellence and I appreciate guidance of our management and participation of staff and students in the endeavor towards excellence.
