SATELLITE CLINIC
The Department of Public Health Dentistry is running satellite centers at Sangliwadi and Turchi Phata which are located 10 km and 40 km away from our college premises respectively. The center at Sangliwadi and Turchi Phata is a rural health center. The Sangliwadi and Turchi Phata health centre is functioning on all week days from Monday to Saturday. A general dentist and one female nursing assistant are appointed for each center and interns are posted on rotation basis to provide dental care services, which are accessible, affordable and quality dental care to the communities in need in accessible manner. The dental services such as oral prophylaxis, restorations and extractions are done at centers. Patients requiring further complex procedures are referred to our hospital. 25% concession is given for the patients who visit at Sangliwadi and Turchi Phata satellite clinics.
