Stress Management Program
BVIMR hosted a 'Stress Management Program' in collaboration with YOG DHARA to provide students with tools to properly manage stress and understand the importance of inner peace. The program included music, dance, and cultural performances, as well as meditation. Ms. Neha Verma captivated the audience with an Odissi dance that depicted the dual character of the Mother Goddess Durga - ATI SAUMYA ATI RAUDRA, highlighting both her compassionate and violent qualities. Mr. Rahul Mohan Gupta, Director of Operations for a multinational firm, and team members who practice Sahaja Yoga. Mr. Rahul Mohan Gupta simplified Sahaja Yoga? as a meditation practice that awakens the Kundalini, leading to a spiritually enlightened personality. The practice of Sahaja Yoga raises consciousness to a new level, allowing the pure actuality of vibrations to be felt in the central nervous system and hands. Mr. Gupta then guided the students through meditation and positive mantra chanting, creating a peaceful environment. The event was coordinated by Dr. Ashima Bhatnagar.
