F.R.O. Registration:

Every international student must register with the Foreigner's Registration Office (F.R.O.) of the Commissioner of Police, Pune, within 14 days of their arrival in India.

It is of utmost importance that international students complete their F.R.O. registration within the stipulated 14-day period.

The F.R.O. registration process includes obtaining a residential permit, usually valid for one year, which must be renewed 15 days before its expiry date.
