Maestro of Benares Gharanaa (Tabla) Pt. Kumar Bose conducted a whole day workshop for the students of BVDU. School of Performing Arts on 30th June 2023. The workshop marked the Tabla playing style of Benares Gharana, specialties of Benares Gharana. He also spoke at length on accompaniment topic. Students were very much energized by his presence. He also taught some compositions to the students of Tabla and Pakhawaj. Pt. Kumar Bose was very happy with the quality of students, infrastructural facilities and syllabus of School of Performing Arts and accepted to take more and more workshops for our students.
