A Gin Masterclass was organized for T.Y.B.Sc. (H&HA) F&B Specialisation students by Mr.Samadhan Yadav and Ms. Prutha of Planet Fluid Academy. They explained the evolution of Gin and other white spirits. A demonstration of various classic, contemporary and innovative cocktails was shown and students had a knowledgeable & fantastic learning experience.
