  • Our group contributed to the understanding of pathophysiology of SARS CoV-2 infection in following areas
    • Molecular and genetic characterization of SARS-CoV-2 (Wild type, Delta, Omicron etc)
    • Humoral immune response (PRNT titers, IgA, IgG & Subclasses)
    • Innate and Adaptive Cellular immune response (T cells, B cells, Dendritic cells, Macrophages, Neutrophils etc.)
  • We attempted to evaluate the real world data for cellular and humoral immune responses elicited by COVID vaccines towards its protective nature against recurrent infection and variants of concern (VOCs).
