Admission Procedure

Admission Journey for International Students

Crafting Your Path to Excellence

At Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), we're committed to ensuring a streamlined and transparent admission procedure for international students seeking entry into various degree programs. Here's your comprehensive guide to embarking on this transformative journey:

Step 1
Application Submission

Begin by completing our online application form, where you'll provide essential details, upload necessary documents, and process the payment of the processing fee.

Step 2
Provisional Eligibility Letter

Once your application is received and evaluated, the university authorities will issue a Provisional Admission/Eligibility Letter, provided you meet all criteria and a seat is available. This letter holds great significance, as it enables you to secure a student visa by submitting it to the Indian mission/consulate/embassy in your country.

Step 3
Final Admission

Upon securing the student visa and fulfilling all requirements, the university authorities, through their constituent units, will release the final admission letter. This step is subject to seat availability at the time and payment of tuition fees for the respective academic year.

Notably, even NRI/PIO/OCI students possessing multiple entry VISAs need to procure the provisional admission letter. It's a mandatory step, regardless of your VISA status.

Step 4
Firm Admission

To finalize your provisional admission, you need to complete the following actions:

  • Present original academic transcripts, degrees, certificates, etc.
  • Present your passport with a Student Visa endorsed to Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University).
  • Submit the original eligibility letter.
  • Complete payment of all relevant fees and provide receipts as proof.
  • Obtain medical check-up clearance, including a physician's general fitness certificate.
  • Engage in a personal interview/counseling.
  • Join the college.
  • Submit original documents, which will be returned within 2-3 months.
  • Submit the Anti Ragging Undertaking.
  • Abide by the rules and regulations of the University as outlined in the undertaking.

Key Notes for International Students

If at any point, a student is found ineligible for admission, the university reserves the right to cancel their admission.

Vital Reminders for International Students

Students must adhere to the following

  • Report within the specified timeframe, usually between June 30th to July 30th, or the date mentioned in the provisional eligibility letter, whichever comes first. (Ph.D. admissions are exempted from this requirement.)
  • Comply with all rules and conditions stated in the issued letter.
  • Ensure timely payment of annual fees and completion of formalities before the date indicated in the provisional eligibility letter or by June 30th.
