Convenient Modes of Payment for Your Ease

We understand the significance of seamless payment methods for our international students. Here are the details for different payment modes to ensure a hassle-free transaction process:

Processing Fee Payment

When submitting your application form along with documents, pay the Processing Fee of US $ 25 for UG/Diploma/PG/PG Diploma and US $ 45 for Ph.D.

This fee is paid once and is non-refundable.

Eligibility Fee Payment

Upon receiving the Provisional Admission Letter, pay an Eligibility Fee of US $ 400 for any bachelor's program and US $ 500 for any Master's or Ph.D. programs.

This fee is paid once and is non-refundable.

Medical Checkup and English Proficiency Test Fees

Along with the Provisional Admission Letter, also pay a Medical Checkup fee of US $ 100 and an English Proficiency Test Fee of US $ 25 for all Diploma, Certificate, Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. programs.

These fees are paid once and are non-refundable.

Tuition Fees

Upon firm admission, the student must pay all applicable fees, including tuition fees as prescribed by the University.

The Processing Fee, Provisional/Eligibility fees, Medical Checkup Fee, and English Proficiency Test Fee paid are non-refundable and valid only for that academic year, such as 2023-24.

If a student does not obtain a student visa or cannot join the course in the specified year, a fresh application must be made for the subsequent year (e.g., 2024-25).

Payment through Bank/SWIFT Transfer

All the mentioned fees can be deposited via wire transfer to the provided account.
After the transaction, send a scanned copy of the transaction details with your name, course, and year mentioned on top of the page to [email protected].

Important Notes

Tuition fees are charged annually for each academic year (June-May).
A fee revision of 5% per annum is applicable.
Backlog or year-down students must pay fees at the time of admission to the next academic year.
