Essential Documents for Admission

A Comprehensive Guide

At Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), we understand the importance of a smooth admission process for international students. To ensure a hassle-free journey towards academic excellence, we've outlined the necessary documents for various degree programs. Please find the document requirements for each program below :

Undergraduate (Bachelors) and Diploma Programs

Personal Documents

A copy of the student's passport. SAARC country students must also provide proof of residence along with their passport.
NRI students with NRI/PIO/OCI cards must submit a copy of the same.
For African, Iranian, Iraqi, UAE, Dubai students, parents' identity proof with citizenship number and residential proof copy is required.
Copy of the first and visa pages of parents' passport or NRI certificate or proof of residence for parents of NRI students.
Two passport-size photographs of the student.
Nepali students require a NOC from the government to apply from Nepal.

Academic Documents

Attested copies of all relevant educational transcripts, passing certificates, diplomas, etc. (Refer to the provided links for specific document lists).
Equivalence and transcripts for students from non-CBSE schools without scores. Equivalence should be done from AIU.

Medical Documents

Undergo a medical examination and obtain a medical fitness certificate.
HIV testing is mandatory as per government rules for all international students on student visas.
Medical check-up fees include medical insurance for the first year.

Post Graduate Programs (Masters) and Post Graduate Diploma

Personal Documents

Copy of the student's passport. SAARC country students must provide proof of residence and passport.
NRI students with NRI/PIO/OCI cards must submit a copy of the same.
For African, Iranian, Iraqi, UAE, Dubai students, copy of parents' passport front and last page or identity proof with citizenship number and residential proof is needed.
Nepali students require a NOC from the government to apply from Nepal.

Academic Documents

Attested copies of educational transcripts equivalent to levels 10th, 12th, Bachelor's final year mark sheet and degree certificate.
Equivalence for certain programs from AIU if not established.

Medical Documents

Undergo a medical examination and obtain a medical fitness certificate.
HIV testing is mandatory as per government rules for all international students on student visas.
Medical check-up fees include medical insurance for the first year.

Additional Documents for Medical/Dental Degree Programs

Temporary registration of Medical Council of India (MCI) for MD/MS or Dental Council of India (DCI) for MDS.
NEET examination score.

Ph.D. Programs

Nepali students require a NOC from the government to apply from Nepal.

Ph.D. Application Process

Purchase Ph.D. brochure along with the form by depositing US $45.
Submit the application form with required documents and a brief note on research interests.
The application will be forwarded to the Ph.D. section for processing.
Admission to the Ph.D. program will be finalized based on an interview conducted by a university-appointed committee. The candidate must be physically present during the interview.
