July Session
  • Application Period : June to August
  • Session Starts between : August 1st to 30th
January Session:
  • Application Period: December to March
  • Session Starts between : January 15th to February 28th.

For instance, the admission cycle for every year for July batch will open in month of June and extend until month of August, ensuring ample time for application submission.

Online Education Admission Procedure

Embark on your online education journey with a streamlined admission process for the following programs

  • Undergraduate Degree Program (UG)
  • Post Graduate Degree Program (PG)
Step 1
Application Submission

Fill out the online application form, ensuring accuracy, and upload all necessary documents. Complete this step by making the processing fee payment that is US $ 50 for UG and PG Courses. (All fees are Non-refundable).

Step 2
Provisional Eligibility Letter

Upon meeting all criteria and seat availability, the university will issue a Provisional Admission/Eligibility letter after payment of eligibility fee of US $ 150 for UG and PG Courses. (All fees are Non-refundable).

Step 3
Final Admission

Secure your place with a final admission letter, produced upon submission of necessary documents and seat availability. Payment of tuition fees for the academic year is also required at this stage. For fee details feel enquiry form or contact us.

Step 4
Firm Admission

Finalize your provisional admission by providing :

  • Proof of complete payment for all relevant fees
  • Submission of transaction documents for funds transfer (mandatory for all NRI/Foreigner/PIO/OCI students)

Ensure to email scanned transaction documents to [email protected], including student's name, course, and year. Retain copies of all fee receipts for future scholarship applications.

As a student at the University, you are bound by its rules and regulations. An undertaking to this effect is required during the admission process.

Additional Information for International Students

The university reserves the right to cancel admission if eligibility criteria are not met at any stage.

Remember :
  • Adhere to the rules and conditions outlined in your admission letter.
  • Ensure timely payment of annual fees and completion of all formalities as per the provisional eligibility letter or by June 30th.

Required Documents for Undergraduate (Bachelors) Programs

Personal Documents
  • Passport or proof of identity
  • Proof of residence
  • NRI students with NRI/PIO/OCI cards must provide a copy of the same
  • For African, Iranian, Iraqi, UAE, Dubai students: Parent’s Identity Proof with citizenship number and residential proof copy
  • NRI Certificate from the Indian Mission or Proof of residence from parents of NRI students
  • Passport-size photographs of the student
  • Nepali students need a NOC from Government to apply from outside Nepal
Academic Documents
  • Attested copies of relevant educational transcripts, mark sheets, passing certificates, diplomas, etc. as specified in the provided lists
  • For students passing from ICSC, IB, Oxford, Edexcel boards: Transcripts with scores and equivalence from AIU https://www.aiu.ac.in/ email: [email protected]

Required Documents for Post Graduate  (Masters) Programs

Personal Documents
  • Passport or proof of identity
  • Proof of residence
  • NRI students with NRI/PIO/OCI cards must provide a copy of the same
  • For African, Iranian, Iraqi, UAE, Dubai students: Copy of Parent’s passport front and last page or Identity Proof with citizenship number and residential proof, OR NRI Certificate from the Indian Mission or Proof of residence from parents of NRI students
  • Passport-size photographs of the student
  • Nepali students need a NOC from Government to apply from outside Nepal
Academic Documents
  • Attested copies of relevant educational transcripts equivalent to levels 10th, 12th, bachelor’s final year mark sheet, and degree certificate, along with course structure, syllabus, and mark sheets copy

Payment Options

Processing Fee

Pay the non-refundable processing fee of US $ 50 for UG/PG at the time of form submission with documents.

Eligibility Fee

While filling admission form, pay a one-time non- refundable eligibility fee of US $ 150 for bachelor’s and master’s programs.

Tuition Fees

Upon firm admission, students must pay course fees, as prescribed by the University. Please note that the Processing Fee and Provisional/Eligibility fees paid to the University are non-refundable and valid only for that specific academic year. If a student is unable to join the course in same academic year, they will need to reapply for next year.

Additional Notes 

  • Tuition fees are paid for each academic year (January - July) and are billed annually.
  • The fee structure will undergo an annual upward revision of 5%.
  • Backlog or year-down students need to pay fees at the time of admission to the next academic year.
