Sports Committee

Ayurved aims at promoting and maintaining health. Similarly, sports are important for improving physical fitness. It also improves one's concentration, positive attitude and good sportsmanship.

Keeping this in mind and to give better opportunities for sports and physical education, our college has given the best physical and infrastructure facilities to our students and also to the staff.

The Sports Committee is constituted every year.

Our institute always encourages girls to participate in all sports events. Our principal has sanctioned ‘Sports Leave’ for those students who are participating in different sports events and considering their attendance at the time of the final University examination. Our University has sanctioned five (5) additional marks in the examination in the same academic year to the students who are participating in inter-university competitions. A special budget has been kept for the sports department and every year we purchase different sports equipment for the students to practice.

Participation of students in Sports Competition in 2019-2020

During gathering days from 12th Feb to 16th Feb students had a great time on our campus playground. Many students participated in different sports and others enjoyed cheering for their colleagues. The girls’ cricket team of 1st yr. BAMS was the final champion. In other sports too 1st yr. students worked hard and achieved success.
