Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) BV(DU) is pleased to announce the Government of India's scholarship offerings for students from partner African countries through the e-Vidya Bharati and e-Aarogya Bharati (e-VBAB) Network Project. This initiative aims to support students in pursuing ONLINE Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, and Certificate programs from renowned Indian Universities and Institutes. Programs span various disciplines, including computer applications, business administration, commerce, healthcare, tourism, humanities, and arts.
Application Details
Interested students for the Jan/July academic session can submit their applications online through the iLearn Portal https://ilearn.gov.in before the deadline. Please select, ‘Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University)’ option while filling form.

About the Project : Hon’ble Minister of External Affairs Dr S. Jaishankar officially launched the e-Vidya Bharati (Tele-education) and e-Arogya Bharati (Tele-medicine) Network Project on 7 October 2019. This Government of India-funded initiative is open for participation to all partner countries in Africa. The Tele-education portal offers a diverse range of career-focused online programs and certificates accessible at https://ilearn.gov.in . The project aims to provide 15,000 scholarships for African students to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate programs from premier Indian universities. To date, over 14,000 scholarships have been awarded across various disciplines.
